The Earned Visibility System™

How we get you found.

Google Maps shows three businesses. The AI tools name one or two. This is the system we use to make a local business one of them, explained the way we'd explain it across a table.

Search changed, and most of the advice didn't.

Your customers search in more places than Google now. They ask ChatGPT. They check Google Maps. They read the AI answer at the top of the results. They look at your reviews on Yelp before they call.

The old playbook was keywords and backlinks. That's not enough anymore. Google and the AI tools check your whole business before they read a word of your website: your Google profile, your reviews, what other sites say about you, and how clearly your own pages answer the question.

Every one of those checks happens from the outside in. So the system starts outside the website and works inward.

There's a short list now.

When someone in your town needs what you do, they don't see every business anymore. They see a short list. The map shows three. The AI answer might name one or two. That short list is where the calls come from.

Getting on it comes down to five things Google and the AI tools quietly check about your business. Each part of the system answers one of those checks. A weakness in any one drags the others down, which is why we never do them one at a time.

The Multiplier Framework decides what we build. This is how we get you found once it's built.

The five parts.

Each one answers a question Google or an AI tool is asking about your business.

The Earned Visibility System by Earnworthy: Profile, Pages, Proof, Presence, and Pulse
1

Profile

Your front door.

The question it answers: Is this a real, complete, current business?

Your Google Business Profile is the listing that powers the Maps pack. Most people meet you there before they ever see your site. Of the top ten things that decide the pack, eight are profile factors. Not website factors. Profile factors.

A complete profile has the right primary category, every secondary category that applies, every service listed, accurate hours, a description written for a customer, real photos of real jobs, and a reply to every review. The same business, with the same details, also lives on Bing, Apple Maps, and Yelp, because the AI tools read those.

Hours matter more than most owners think. A profile that says closed at 9 PM loses the pack to one that says open. You can only say you're open at 9 PM if something answers at 9 PM. That's one of the reasons this system runs on Amplify.

What good looks like

Someone can find your hours, your services, your photos, and your reviews on your profile alone, and every detail matches what's on your site.

2

Pages

Your own words.

The question it answers: Does this business clearly do the thing I'm searching for?

Every service you offer gets its own page. Not a line on a "Services" page. Its own page, with its own address, answering the real questions first. What it costs. How long it takes. Why you.

The pages are short. A page that answers in its first few sentences, states a price range, and names a real person beats a long one every time, and the AI tools lift that first answer word for word. If a page opens with "Welcome to our website," there's nothing to quote.

The headline on every page uses the words your customer would type. If you call it the "Comfort Plan" and your customer searches "AC repair," the page says AC repair. Your name for it can live inside the page. It can't be the only name on it.

What good looks like

One page per service, each answering the question in the first sentence, with a price range, a named person, a real photo, and a few honest questions and answers at the bottom.

3

Proof

Reviews that keep coming.

The question it answers: Do the people who hired this business recommend it?

Reviews gained more weight than any other factor in the last year. People trust recent reviews, Google ranks on them, and the AI tools read them before they recommend anyone. Recent beats many. A business with 300 reviews and five new ones a month outranks a business with 2,000 and none since spring.

The way to get them is boring and it works. Ask every customer, the same way, right after the job. Then reply to every review, the good ones and the bad ones.

What good looks like

New reviews every month, replies on all of them, and reviews on more than one site, because people check several before they call.

4

Presence

Named where it counts.

The question it answers: Does the rest of the internet agree this business exists and is good?

Google trusts a business whose details match everywhere. The AI tools go a step further. They recommend businesses that other sites talk about.

The first half is consistency. Your name, address, phone, and hours, identical on every directory that matters in your trade, in one phone number format. A listing that still shows your old suite number makes the whole picture look unreliable. Directory Sync™ keeps that fixed.

The second half is being named. A "best of" list in your town. A trade association directory. Your chamber's member page. Those third-party mentions are what the AI tools lean on when they decide who to name, and most of your competitors never touch them.

What good looks like

Identical details on Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, Facebook, and the directories your trade uses, plus a few real mentions on sites you don't control.

5

Pulse

Measure what rings the phone.

The question it answers: Is any of this working?

Most reports show keyword rankings. Rankings can hold steady while your calls drop, and they do. So we measure what touches money: calls from search, booked jobs, new reviews, where you show up on the map across your service area, and whether the AI tools mention you when someone asks.

Once a month, those numbers get compared to last month, and one thing gets changed. One change at a time, so we know what worked.

What good looks like

A short monthly report you can read in five minutes, with one clear next step.

One system, not five services.

The parts feed each other. The profile decides which pages get built, because every category and service on it needs a page. The pages give reviews a home and give the AI tools something to quote. Proof and Presence create the third-party facts those tools repeat. Pulse reads what rang the phone and decides next month's work.

Pull one part out and the others slow down. That's why we don't sell them one at a time.

Why more visibility can hurt.

Say all of this works. You're on the short list and the phone rings more. It rings while you're on a ladder, it goes to voicemail, and the caller tries the next business on the list, who answered. You paid for visibility and your competitor got the job.

So the system runs on Amplify. Rapid Responder™ texts back the missed call within 30 seconds. Answer Agent™ picks up when you can't. Lead Tracker™ holds every lead in one place. Review Booster™ asks after every job. Systems before traffic is the rule, and this is what it looks like in practice.

Buying traffic before you fix how leads get handled wastes money.

Where the system lives.

Review Booster™ covers Proof on every Amplify plan. A Smart Site™ covers Pages on day one. Amplify Growth runs all five parts for you.

Growth runs on a Smart Site we built.

What we promise, and what we don't.

We promise the work. A complete profile. A site built and kept current. A review request after every job. Every review answered. Listings kept consistent. A report every month with one next step.

We never promise a ranking position, a placement in any AI tool, or a number of leads. Google ranks by distance from the searcher first, and anyone who guarantees a position is either measuring from your front door or doing something that risks your listing. We guarantee the work and the report.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

It's what SEO turned into. The old version was keywords and backlinks on a website. This version starts with your Google profile, your reviews, and what other sites say about you, then builds the pages underneath. The same work puts you in the Maps pack and gets your facts right in the AI tools.
