We were founded in 2015 in sunny Boca Raton, Florida by Nicholas Scalice, although our roots go all way back to 2009, when Nicholas started his first marketing business called FastBlink while still in college.
We’re not a big agency. We don’t do it all. We focus exclusively on landing pages, automations, email outreach, and audits with one goal in mind: getting you more leads and sales.
This means you’re not going to be shuffled from person to person. And you’ll always work directly with a conversion optimization expert, not a generalist.

Meet the Leadership Team
Nicholas is a growth marketing consultant who helps brands turn their websites into lead generation and sales machines. He specializes in landing page optimization, chatbot development, marketing operations, and conversion audits.
He’s been working in the marketing industry for over 11 years, and founded his first business—a social media marketing agency called FastBlink—in 2009. This eventually evolved into what you see today with Earnworthy.
He’s also the creator of an online resource—and popular newsletter—for marketers called GrowthMarketer, and the host of the top-rated podcast, Growth Marketing Toolbox.
Nicholas is an Unbounce Agency Partner, CXL Certified Optimizer, Landbot Certified Expert, CallRail Agency Partner, ActiveCampaign Certified Consultant, and holds a number of certifications including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification and the American Marketing Association Professional Certified Marketer designation.
Michelle is focused on creating, testing, and optimizing website experiences that convert. From Unbounce landing pages, to Landbot chatbots, Michelle is continually leveraging the latest conversion optimization best practices to find out what works best.
She holds a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, and is certified by DigitalMarketer as an Email Marketing Specialist, Optimization & Testing Specialist, Social & Community Manager, Customer Value Optimization Specialist, and a Content Marketing Specialist. She is also a CXL Certified Optimizer.
