How you get things done is just as important as what you’re working on. Without the right process, it’s easy to make mistakes, waste time and budget, and not achieve the desired results.

That’s why at Earnworthy, we created our very own 4-step process which guides everything we do.

It’s called the DDIO Marketing Method and let’s take a quick look at how it works below.

1. Define

First, we work together with you to define the overall strategy. Many agencies live purely in “tactics land,” which results in short-term gains, but eventually causes long-term problems since the tactics aren’t based on a comprehensive strategy.

As a team, we’ll help you define your audience, refine your offer, select the right tools, identify the perfect marketing channels, and much more. And very importantly, we’ll figure out what success looks like both on a quantitative and qualitative level, so we know what to work towards during the Optimize stage below.

2. Develop

Once we have the overall strategy defined, we’ll work with you to develop the specific assets needed for the project. This could be a brand new Unbounce landing page, a custom Landbot chatbot, or anything else. We always do our work in-house and attention to detail is key.

3. Integrate

Once the assets are developed, we’ll work to integrate or connect everything on the backend. This is where our extensive experience in marketing operations comes in handy.

Whether we’re integrating your landing page with your preferred email marketing suite, or connecting a chatbot to a CRM via Zapier, this step in the process ensures that you have the ideal marketing infrastructure in place to help you automate and scale your campaigns.

4. Optimize

Finally, once we have everything defined, developed, and integrated, we’ll monitor the most important metrics as the campaign goes live. This is where the real magic happens.

Data is the lifeblood of every performance marketing campaign, and the more data we collect and analyze, the better can help you refine and optimize your entire marketing funnel. We’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to collect and report on this data, and then make suggestions for how to optimize your landing pages and chatbots even further.
