We design, test, and optimize landing pages, helping our clients earn more conversions and grow their business.
But you’re probably wondering, what exactly does that mean and how can it help you get more customers?
Our process is simple, and for that reason, it works!
For virtually every new project we take on, we run through the following 6 stages:
- Define
- Research
- Create
- Launch
- Analyze
- Optimize
This allows us to make sure we’re not missing anything, while ensuring a consistent deliverable, whether that be a new landing page, a testing calendar, or a detailed report, every time.
Here’s what we’re thinking about during each stage of a typical monthly recurring engagement:
Define
This is the starting point. We’ll have a one-on-one client meeting where we determine the primary campaign objectives, and how they’re be measured. We’re fans of the old saying, “if you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it.” Therefore, everything needs to be clearly defined before any progress can be made.
Research
At this stage, we’re in research mode. We’re looking at competitors’ sites, we’re finding industry data to compare with our objectives, and we’re diving into the qualitative and quantitative data provided by the client. The best conversion optimizers back everything up with data. It’s a must.
Create
From crafting a positioning statement, to copywriting, wireframing, design, and development, this is where the magic happens. We’re constantly trying to balance stunning visual design with conversion-focused elements to ensure that your landing pages not only look great, but convert as well.
Launch
Our launch stage involves a detailed internal review process, usability testing, client review, and then finally, the moment of truth: going live!
Analyze
From quantitative metrics, qualitative feedback, performance monitoring, and more, once a page is live, our work is not finished. Depending on the engagement level, we’re with you throughout the launch process, monitoring and analyzing the data.
Optimize
Once we’ve collected enough data, we can start making informed decisions about what needs to be tweaked. From copy changes, testing new offers, speeding up page performance, improving usability, etc., the optimization stage is where continual improvements really happen.
That’s a wrap!
Well, there you have it. A quick peek under the hood of a landing page design, testing, and optimization project. After we run through these stages, we’ll usually start right back at the beginning, by reviewing and refining our campaign objectives to make sure they’re still in alignment.
