Nicholas Scalice, MPA, PCM
Founder & Growth Marketing Consultant
Nicholas is a growth marketing consultant and the founder of Earnworthy. He has worked in various marketing roles for over 10 years, independently, on the agency side, and on the client side.
He holds a Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, and a number of marketing certifications including the AMA Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) designation, Google Ads Certification, and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. Nicholas is also an Unbounce Agency Partner, CXL Certified Optimizer, ActiveCampaign Certified Consultant, and a Google Partner.
Nicholas has worked on literally hundreds of client projects of all sizes from dozens of industries. While each client has a unique set of marketing goals, one thing remains the same: They’re not afraid to leverage the latest growth marketing tools, tactics, and strategies to constantly stay one step ahead of the competition.
Michelle Scalice
Landing Page Optimizer
Michelle is focused on creating, testing, and optimizing landing pages that convert. From custom Unbounce landing pages, to social media campaigns, Michelle is continually leveraging the latest conversion optimization best practices to find out what works best.
She holds a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, and is certified by DigitalMarketer as an Email Marketing Specialist, Optimization & Testing Specialist, Social & Community Manager, Customer Value Optimization Specialist, and a Content Marketing Specialist.

Corey Harris
Marketing Designer
Corey produces stunning visual designs set out to achieve marketing objectives and effectively persuade end users through the conversion funnel.
He designed his first website at 12 years old to teach entrepreneurs design; growing it through high school to over 90,000 subscribers. This lead him to his career in digital design and marketing.
After receiving his Bachelors in Media Design majoring Interactive Design, Corey went on to follow his passion to work closely with start-ups and business owners to improve the visual communication of their products and services to ultimately grow sales.
Corey has since worked with over 30 businesses of all sizes across many industries, designing result-driven marketing assets including websites, landing pages, advertising assets and social media imagery.
